Type the name of your race into the race finder box at the top of this page. You will see a list of matching races appear. If we have covered your race the name and date of your race will be displayed in a drop down list. Select the race from this list and then enter your race number into the race number box. All matching race numbers will appear - click your race number and finally click the "preview photos" button.
We aim to take individual photographs of all racers but this is not always possible. Sometimes, for example, stewards get between the camera and the racers making it impossible to capture the finishers. Or a group of competitors finish together making picking out individual racers impossible. The most common reason, though, is hidden bib numbers. In cases where you can't find photos using your own race number it could be worth typing 000 into the race number box - this will display all unidentified racers. You just might be in there!
As soon as we have received payment we will start processing your order. This will normally take a few minutes (possibly longer during busy periods). Once your order is ready we will send an email to the address you entered during checkout that contains a link to enable you to download your photos. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours of your order please see question 4 below.
The first thing to do is to check your spam/junk email folders in case the email was automatically moved there by your email client. If you do find it in one of these folders then add email@example.com to your safe senders list or whitelist so that all future emails from us remain in your inbox.
If you still cannot find the email then contact us providing as much information as you can about your order - date, photo(s), bib number(s) and ideally your order number. We aim to respond within 24 hours so it shouldn't be long before you receive your photos.

We do provide a basic photo cropping facility. Once you have found the first batch of photos (see question 1 above) and proceeded to step 2, you can click on an uncropped photo and crop the photo using the tools in the popup window. You can then choose to save the crop or cancel and revert to the original image.
